Robin Garr's Wine Lovers' Page is one of the best sites for wine information on the Internet. He describes it as "a 'snob-free zone' for straight talk in plain English about wine tasting."

A most useful compendium of wine information. A huge collection of wine labels as well as listings of wineries, wine stores, price information, and tasting notes.

 

Harrington's West Coast Wine Network
A consumer oriented wine site based on wine discussion, chat and interactivity of the participants. This sites contains an abundance of wine tasting notes, food matching suggestions and informational updates on wineries and other industry matters.

 

Robert Parker Online: The Independent Consumer's Guide to Fine Wine
The title says it all. If you want an on-line subscription to this wine maven's website with archives from The Wine Advocate and a whole lot more, this is the place.

A sophisticated visual wine cellar manager built upon a database of wine information and wine tastings derived from Robert M. Parker, Jr's. newsletter, The Wine Advocate.

A great website devoted to wine appreciation. It's run by a group of wine lovers, each connected to wine as grape grower, restaurateur or merchant. Full of useful information and tasting notes.

At their useful website, you'll find everything from understanding varietals to tips on how to live the good life -- with all sorts of tidbits in between.

 

SteveO's California Wine Touring Guide
